Our Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any purchase made through Plot Forge.
This applies to all subscription plans (Monthly, Annual) and one-time purchases (Lifetime access).
Why No Refunds?
- Try before you buy. Plot Forge offers a generous free tier with up to 30 scenes, 4 plots, 5 characters, a full screenplay editor (30 pages), and complete access to all core features including causality linking, chronological view, and the backside flip system. We encourage you to thoroughly explore the free tier before upgrading.
- Instant digital delivery. Upon payment, you immediately receive full access to all Pro features. There is no physical product to return.
- Transparent pricing. All pricing, features, and limitations are clearly displayed before purchase. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default. You will never be charged unexpectedly.
- You will receive email reminders at 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before your subscription expires.
- If you choose not to renew, your account will revert to the free tier. Your cloud data will be retained for 90 days.
Exceptional Circumstances
While our standard policy is no refunds, if you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from using the Service entirely, please contact us at adam.creator@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Any goodwill gestures are made at our sole discretion and do not constitute a change in this policy.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution.
Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as our merchant of record. For billing inquiries, you may also contact Lemon Squeezy support.
